What does being a Care Assistant involve?
- Supporting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication)
- Helping with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with appointments, shopping, and social activities
- Supporting people with specialist needs (e.g., dementia, autism, challenging behaviour)
Carer Requirements:
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Willingness to travel between homes in the TW15, TW16 & TW19 area
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Reliable, trustworthy, and confident working independently
